Remove EMS / PD App- Move into into 1 App (More explained in description)

Remove the app's and make it into 1 Emergency services App. Give the 2 options - Call EMS - Call Police Pressing one of these options would call a random ON-Duty Unit in its respected department- WHILE hiding the name of who they are calling. This will assist in stopping the prank calls for people to find out what cops are online! And it will also make more sence as you dont need to see exactly how many cops are online as the numbers are somewhat shown in the home menu.
